School access and a single class record
Read the school access guide for programme, recognition and adjustments. Use the editable two-page class record (Word) or printable version (PDF). The final page is the School Delivery and Learning Report. It replaces a separate routine end report for this workflow; approved research requirements remain separate. Do not complete both records for the same purpose.
